The father of Ashlee Shingoose, who was recently identified as the first victim of a Winnipeg serial killer, has decided she will continue to be known by the name she was given before she was identified — Mashkode Bizhiki'ikwe, or Buffalo Woman. More than 60 people came together around a sacred fire on Thursday in support of her family.
