Amid U.S. President Donald Trump's steep tariffs, one Windsor, Ont., rice processor says they're already feeling the impact. Dainty Rice, Canada's only rice mill, says its been paying 25 per cent tariffs since early March, and is seeking an exemption. In the meantime, the company is trying to avoid layoffs and price increases. The CBC's Jennifer La Grassa reports.
