Following the tabling of Budget 2025 for Newfoundland and Labrador, groups like Municipalities N.L. are pleased with increased funding for wastewater treatment and volunteer firefighter training. Other organizations, like the Canadian Taxpayers Foundation, are not pleased to see a lack of new measures to combat the rising cost of living.
