Ottawa Art Gallery exhibit honours life’s work of local Inuk artist
Normee Ekoomiak, an artist from Nunavik, came to Ottawa in the late 1970s. Through his paintings, books and vibrant wall hangings, he documented Inuit life, stories and traditions.
