Lawsuits filed against N.L. government argue RNC didn’t do enough to stop alleged abuses of Tony Humby
Two men are suing the province, saying the RNC and child protective services didn’t do enough to stop the alleged abuses of Tony Humby. Both plaintiffs were teenage passengers in Humby’s car when he was stopped by police in the middle of the night 18 years ago. As Ryan Cooke reports, Humby’s previous interactions with police are now central to their lawsuits.
