Canada Votes | Bloc would push to end Jordan rule for violent crimes
Bloc Québécois Leader Yves-François Blanchet says he would introduce a bill to end the use of the Jordan rule — which states a case must go to trial within 30 months or the charges are stayed — in cases of violent crime.
