Answering the final question of the English-language debate in Montreal on Thursday, Bloc Québécois Leader Yves-François Blanchet said he regretted not suggesting earlier on that Quebec should be seen as an equal partner in negotiations with America. Liberal Leader Mark Carney, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh and Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre all agreed that not being able to get to as many communities as they wanted to during the campaign was a regret.
