According to Elections Canada, less than half of eligible voters aged 18 to 24 voted in the 2021 federal election, the lowest turnout of any age group. But as the CBC's Kaitie Fraser found, these young Windsor voters casting their ballots for the first time are engaged and informed about the issues that matter to them.
