Work on Montreal’s La Fontaine Tunnel is half done. But the price tag keeps going up
Quebec's Transport Ministry has completed work on the portion of the Louis Hippolyte-La Fontaine Tunnel heading to the South Shore. Work will soon begin on the section heading toward Montreal.
