Conservative candidate Jonathan Rowe announced to his supporters at 2 a.m. Tuesday morning that the Terra Nova-The Peninsulas riding would not have all of its votes counted on election night. With just one poll remaining uncounted at the time, the tight race saw Liberal candidate Anthony Germain lead by only 46 votes.
