Friday has been declared an official day of remembrance and mourning by the B.C. government for the victims of the tragedy at the Lapu-Lapu Day festival in Vancouver. The incident involved an SUV that rammed into the crowd as the event was wrapping up, resulting in the deaths of 11 people and injuries to dozens more.
