The Three Oaks family of schools in western Prince Edward Island is in for some changes. A study has looked at the status of the buildings and where the need will be in light of Summerside's growing population. The report that came out of it calls for a new school to be built and another one to close. CBC's Wayne Thibodeau has the details.
