May 5 marks Red Dress Day, a day to honour Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, Two-Spirit, Transgender, and Gender-Diverse (MMIWG2S+) peoples. In recognition of this day, Beendigen and Shelter House organized a memorial walk and feast in Thunder Bay, Ont.
