U.S. President Donald Trump said Monday he would put a 100 per cent tariff on all movies produced outside the U.S., but issued few details on just how such a levy would work. Additionally, Prime Minister Mark Carney will meet with Trump in Washington on Tuesday to discuss trade and security.
