B.C. arts minister says Trump's film industry tariff threat 'incomprehensible'
Spencer Chandra Herbert, B.C.'s minister of tourism, arts, culture and sport, says Donald Trump's plan to put 100 per cent tariffs on films made outside of the U.S. will be difficult because many movies are made partly in the U.S. and partly in other countries. He tells BC Today host Michelle Eliot that tariffs would also hurt the American film industry because it relies on partnerships with Canada.
