Israelis celebrate American Israeli soldier's release, hold out hope for remaining hostages
Israelis at a rally in Tel Aviv celebrated the release of American Israeli soldier Edan Alexander from Hamas captivity in the Gaza Strip on Monday. 'We have relief and we are happy for the family and for him,' says Meirav Etrogbar, 'but we also want all the 58 hostages that stayed behind.' Of the hostages remaining in captivity, Israel says about 23 of them are still alive. Alexander is believed to be the last living American hostage in Gaza.
