Liberal MP Joanne Thompson is keeping her title as federal fisheries minister, as she and 27 other ministers, along with 10 secretaries of state, were sworn in Tuesday at Rideau Hall. During his campaign, Prime Minister Mark Carney promised to consider restructuring the department.
