A group of 36 B.C. First Nations has signed a deal to buy a minority stake in Enbridge’s Westcoast natural gas pipeline system. The head of the Stonlasec8 Indigenous Alliance Limited Partnership is calling the deal a significant milestone that will bring several economic benefits.
