Speaking from a news conference on Wednesday evening, Prime Minister Mark Carney says the decades-long process of 'deepening integration' with the U.S. on economic and security interests is now over. But he adds his government will pursue working with the U.S. for ballistic missile defence ‘when it is in Canada’s interest.’
