Prime Minister Mark Carney said Canada takes threats against the country ‘seriously’ and it has an ability, ‘if we so chose’ to invest in U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed Golden Dome missile defence system. Trump unveiled initial plans for the $175-billion project on Tuesday.
