Thousands came together to honour Const. Rick O’Brien during the second annual Joint Forces Jamboree, now named in O’Brien’s memory, in Maple Ridge, B.C. As Michelle Morton reports, the event served as a tribute to the slain RCMP officer and brought law enforcement and community members together in remembrance.
