Carter Hart, one of the five ex-world junior hockey players accused in a sexual assault trial, was the only to testify in court. While Michael McLeod will not testify, it remains unclear whether Cal Foote, Dillon Dubé or Alex Formenton will. All five men have pleaded not guilty to the alleged sexual assaults involving the complainant E.M. at a hotel in June 2018.
