The federal government introduced legislation on Friday that it says will eliminate federal barriers to internal trade and laid out the standards for nation-building infrastructure projects. Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Tim Hodgson tells Power & Politics that legislation is ‘not being designed with Indigenous consultation as an afterthought.’
