City of Surrey's plans to build a new Arena is being met with optimism by many in the city. After Mayor Brenda Locker announced last month the city is considering the move to give a boost to its entertainment district. As Sohrab Sandhu reports some say a facility like this has been long overdue, for the fastest growing city in the province.
