Dr. Cissy Kityo Mutuluuza is a physician, epidemiologist, medical researcher, and the executive director of the Joint Clinical Research Centre in Kampala, Uganda. She joined London Morning host Andrew Brown to talk about being honours with a doctorate and the ongoing work she is doing to treat and find a cure for HIV/AIDS.
