The RCMP last searched the area known as Northwest Arm in the winter. Jennifer Hillier-Penney was last seen on Nov. 30, 2016. Her husband, Dean Penney, is charged with first-degree murder, is behind bars, and will stand trial in April 2026. The CBC’s Colleen Connors has the latest.
