A court case of four years concluded on Wednesday with a resolution agreed upon by all parties — which saw Liberal MHA John Abbott, who won the race against former NDP Leader Alison Coffin, resign. As the CBC’s Henrike Wilhelm reports, the resignation was viewed as a major win by the NDP.
