An Air India passenger plane bound for London with more than 240 people on board crashed Thursday in India's northwestern city of Ahmedabad, the airline said. Air India in a social media post said that in addition to 169 Indian nationals, there were 53 British citizens, seven on board from Portugal and one Canadian citizen.
