Iranian and Israeli communities in the Lower Mainland are anxiously watching developments in the Middle East as tensions continue to escalate. CBC’s Stephen Quinn spoke with JSpace Canada executive director Maytal Kowalski, whose organization promotes a peaceful two-state solution for Israel and Palestine. She said she worries for her friends and family in Israel and that, like many Iranians, many people in Israel just want to see peace.
