CBC is learning more about the man charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl last month during a crime spree in Vancouver's Oakridge neighbourhood. As Karin Larsen reports, two months before the alleged Oakridge attack, high-risk sex offender John Frederick Field was in police custody for allegedly terrorizing a young woman in East Vancouver.
