Eight of the best high school athletes in Manitoba were honoured Wednesday by the Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association. Overall, Payton Durand of Collège Jeanne-Sauvé and Magnus Carlos of Vincent Massey were named the top female and male athletes of the year, respectively.
