The Community Revitalization Levy allows the City of Edmonton to use downtown tax revenue to fund approved projects in the area. Extending the CRL by another 10 years would allow it to help fund an OEG event park. As Travis McEwan reports, over 60 Edmontonians are expected to speak about the plan.
