Delegates from Nunavut's Kitikmeot region were able to pay respects for deceased family members in a memorial service in St. Albert, Alta. Many people were sent to the area for tuberculosis treatment nearly 50 years ago. The graves of family members who didn't return have been honoured with new markers and fresh nuna — or earth — from home. The CBC’s Teresa Qiatsuq has more.
