Laurier, Balsillie School receive $5-million investment from Jim Balsillie
Wilfrid Laurier University and the Balsillie School of International Affairs received a $5-million investment from Canadian entrepreneur and philanthropist, Jim Balsillie. Balsillie, who founded the Balsillie School of International Affairs in 2007, said the investment will be used to launch a “digital governance initiative" that would bolster Canada's productivity.
