U.S. President Donald Trump says he's ending all trade discussions with Canada while signalling he may impose a blanket tariff to hit back at Ottawa for imposing a tax on web giants. Speaking to BC Today host Michelle Eliot, Jovian Radheshwar, a political science professor at Douglas College, says Trump is possibly driving a wedge into Canadian politics to put tighter timelines on new tariff guidelines.
