The Royal Canadian Navy held a ceremony in North Vancouver on July 2, honouring HMCS Vancouver. The vessel supported the arms embargo off the coast of Libya in 2011. It's also Fleet Week in the Lower Mainland. CBC’s Michelle Gomez attended the ceremony and reports from North Vancouver.
