The BC Wildfire Service is expecting warmer and dryer conditions in the Interior, which could make it more challenging for crews trying to control the Izman Creek fire, north of Lytton. It now covers 1.5 square kilometers and is considered a "wildfire of note". Meanwhile, Fire crews are still trying to contain a small fire near Hope.
