The Kits Pool online reservation system has been in place since the COVID-19 pandemic, but a vocal number of swimmers say it’s hindering access to the facility. CBC's Gloria Macarenko was joined by former city councillor George Affleck, one of the people calling to ditch the program, and Park Board Commissioner Tom Digby, who defends the system and says usage and revenues are up as a result.
