CBC’s Priscilla Ki Sun Hwang spoke with a mother who says her teenage daughter’s jacket was caught in the door of an Uber after it dropped her off at school. The daughter sustained injuries after being dragged. The family says they are frustrated at the lack of accountability from both Uber and Ottawa police after the incident.
