Tenders went out in November to have cooling units installed in seven of the nine provincial long-term care facilities. But Health P.E.I. says there have been delays in finding companies to do the work. Now some homes might have to wait until at least the fall, a few hot months away. CBC's Sheehan Desjardins reports.
