During a discussion on health and wellbeing in Newfoundland and Labrador on CBC Radio’s The Signal, NLHS CEO Pat Parfrey discussed the challenge in breaking down silos in health care in the province. He called the silos a part of the culture of care, and says it will likely take years to break old habits.
