SHEIN, a popular online fast fashion giant, launched a pop-up store at Cross Iron Mills selling western wear for the duration of the Calgary Stampede. That prompted a response from the city's vintage reseller community, which wants last-minute shoppers to consider visiting local western wear shops instead of picking up fast fashion fits.
