Data from Statistics Canada continues to show a decline in travel between Canada and the U.S. as the trade war between the two countries continues. Rachel Laber, spokesperson for Visit Rochester, says they decided to create a campaign geared toward Canadians because there's a deep connection between Ontario and the city in New York state.
