The Kultrun World Music Festival begins Friday at Waterloo Park. The festival is in its 17th year. The three-day event features musicians from across the globe. Isabel Cisterna is the founder and artistic director of Neruda Arts. She's also the organizer of the festival happening all through this weekend.
