U.S. President Donald Trump has cited fentanyl 'pouring' into the U.S. from Canada as justification for a 35 per cent tariff increase, saying Canada hasn't 'done enough' to combat fentanyl trafficking. The new 35 per cent tariff on Canadian goods is expected to take effect Aug. 1.
