Annual dragon boat festival returns to Nanaimo waters
Nanaimo’s annual dragon boat festival took to the waters this weekend after the festival spent last year in Victoria. Event organizers say the festival is now there to stay in the harbour city. CBC News' Claire Palmer has more.
