Assembly of First Nations National Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak, speaking Thursday during a summit with Prime Minister Mark Carney about the government's major projects bill, said she is looking to Carney for real commitments around critical issues, including closing the infrastructure gap and ensuring planned federal cuts don’t impact First Nations people.
