The owners of High Voltage Deo brought him to P.E.I. last summer hoping for a shot at the Gold Cup and Saucer race. But the horse kept getting poor starting positions, making it tough to win. Still, he's been attracting fans along the way, with his showy finishes. Now his 14 owners are hoping this will be his time to shine. CBC’s Nancy Russell has the story.
