More than a dozen people and businesses charged after years-long probe centred on 2 P.E.I. farms
The Canada Border Services Agency began investigating Kamalpreet Khaira, Roger O’Neill and their companies after getting a tip in 2021. Four years later, the two men and several other people and companies are facing immigration and other charges in what P.E.I.'s Employment Standards Branched called a "cash for pay scheme."
