Police forces on P.E.I. spent Wednesday morning pursuing Mitchell Lannigan. It all started on the weekend when he was accused of firing a handgun in Miminegash. Police caught up with him days later after he allegedly killed a dog. CBC’s Nicola MacLeod explains.
